These ¾ liter lithographed seltzer bottles are the oldest in our collection; they are the same height as our classic 1-liter bottles, but slightly more slender in silhouette. They also carry a story you can see. Before soderías began engraving their names into the glass, they lithographed them onto the surface. But because bottles were returned and refilled again and again, rival soderías found it all too easy to strip off a competitor's name and print their own. The disputes ended only when soderías switched to engraving the glass. These bottles are survivors of that earlier era, and their printed labels are part of what makes them so rare. Each siphon is hand-restored in our workshop by the same family of restorers we've worked with for over 30 years. Every bottle is hand-dipped, giving it its distinctive, one-of-a-kind color.
