Our half pig is a total of 50 lbs. We start with the standard cuts: 16 pork chops, 2 packages ground pork, 4 regular sausage, 4 extra seasoning sausage, 2 maple sausage patties, and 7-8 packages bacon. (some packages are more than 1 lb, total weight will be approximately 8 lbs.) Total weight for the standard cuts is 30 lbs. We have added different options for the remaining 20 lbs. Please choose 2 different options from the following: Three packages of brats (one each of Philly, Hatch Chili, Cheddar), 2 packages cutlets (4/pkg, tenderized), 1 ham roast (cured, bone in, approx. 3 lbs.) Two shoulder roasts (bone in, 2 to 3 lbs), 1 shoulder steak (2/pkg, bone in) 2 ham steaks (2/pkg, 5/8” cut, cured) 1 shoulder bacon (regular cut, cured, smoked.)
