Captivating colorful half pinwheels made from stripped hackle rooster feathers attached to a white or black felt-like material. These lightweight feathers are typically used in mak ing hats or headpieces. Some of the feather strips have loose half bugle beads. It can be cut into smaller pieces, sold by piece. For best application, glue is recommended. Size: 9" x 6" (approximately) Sold per piece. All items are available to ship from our NYC store. We ship both US and International.
