How it works: You reserve a Roan Ranch Half Pork Share today with a $250 deposit. We reserve one of our premium hogs for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your pork and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your pork is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($650). Depending on your distance from the ranch, you may opt for free pickup, delivery within 30 miles (free with orders of 100$ or more), or shipping (rate based on state). We ship to the following states: TX, OK, AR, LA. A Half Pork includes approximately 75 lbs. of the following: 10 lbs. Bacon 15 lbs. Ham (whole, half, or steaks) 6 lbs. Loin roast 7 lbs. Pork chops (4 to 1 package, 1” thick) 8 lbs. Pork shoulder roasts (whole or split) 10 lbs. Picnic shoulder roasts (whole or split) 6 lbs. Ribs 1 side split, including spare ribs 7 lbs. Ground pork, choice of: plain unseasoned, breakfast sausage, chorizo, or variety. 7 lbs. Sausage, choice of plain links or German brats. Additional choice of smoked or unsmoked. Smoked flavors: jalapeño cheese, hatch green chile, Philly cheese Price: Place your Half Pork deposit today for $250. Pay the rest ($650) when your pork is ready. Total amount: $900. Freezer Space: This Half Pork Share will require approx. 2-3 cubic ft. of freezer space. Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum-sealed, USDA-processed, and labeled.
