The Half-Sked was designed to assist in extricating patients through narrow passages where some bending of the patient is required. Half-Sked is half the length of the standard Ske d and the same width. This short length allows the patient to bend at the hips, permitting greater flexibility to corners in the most demanding of tight spaces.
