True Grassfed, mature and finished cattle are in extreme demand and may not be ready for processing upon request orders - we assign them to buyers in the order deposits are received and only process when the cattle are ready. Buyers will receive a bill of sale, an estimated processing date and cut sheet once order is received. * We try to maintain Grassfed USDA ground beef at all times if you need food while you wait! Process Buyer pays processing directly to the butcher before beef can be picked up (typically 3-5 weeks after drop off). Prices are pending on specifications and size of individual calf purchased. Cattle will typically weigh between 1250 and 2,000 pounds live weight, with an average around 1450 lbs.
