A side table designed around a figured top — shown here in leopardwood but also available in cherry, walnut, or red oak — set on legs that curve outward at a deliberate angle. The drawer handles are custom-shaped wenge inset with a dovetail joint, so the hardware becomes part of the joinery rather than an addition to it. Drawers are solid wood throughout. The two-drawer version shown in freshly finished cherry will deepen considerably with age and light — the warm reddish-brown that cherry develops over years cannot be replicated with stain. The leopardwood version shows the species' characteristic interlocked grain. Available in two or three drawers, and in four wood species at the prices shown.
