This set is in excellent pre-owned condition. The Nostalgic Houses and Shop Hallmark Ornament series started with the 1984 Victorian Dollhouse. Every year a new shop or house would be released over the past 30 years. Many of these are highly collectible. The Nostalgia Houses and Shops series is one of the most popular Christmas collectibles, originally intended as a hanging ornament on a Christmas tree, as you'll see by the small hook on the top. But these adorable little houses and shops make the perfect miniature dollhouse or Christmas-themed village too. These ornaments can hang on your tree, or be displayed in your dollhouse nursery as a themed dollhouse within your miniature scene. They would be around 1:144 scale which makes them ideal as a "dollhouse" for a 1:12 scale scene. Fully furnished inside with miniature furniture which is about 1.5 cm high. Note that all mini furniture items are fixed and not intended to be removed. Doors do not open etc. The inside of this cafe.... Measurements: approximately 9 cm high. 7 cm wide. 4 cm depth.
