For Halloween, these little ghouls are here to give you a frightfully adorable scare as a gift topper, quick card, or a bit of home décor. Halloween Tags Project Directions: Dry brush lime green acrylic paint onto three white tags. Next, randomly apply blackberry violet paint in the same manner. While the tags dry, stamp image onto a separate piece of paper with black ink. Let dry, and cut out. Glue the characters onto to each tag with gel medium.
