Hands down our family's favorite cut of meat! Small and medium size hams are ideal for family dinners or small gatherings, but our larger size hams will feed a crowd! We now offer uncured, or fresh ham, for those who wish to smoke their own. If not designated as uncured, the ham is already cured and has a naturally smoky flavor.
