All soaps are made with water, sodium hydroxide, coconut oil, olive oil, shea butter, castor oil, and palm kernel oil. Soaps are then set out to cure for 4 to 6 weeks allowing the water content to evaporate. I used phalate free fragrances in all except Lavender, Peppermint, Aurora, Rosemary's Garden. The latter are fragranced with essential oils. All soaps are labeled with names on the front and ingredients on the back. Kathleen Pimm - NJ I started making handmade soaps 5 years ago and have evolved into selling it at various markets. My formula has evolved and I stay with the one that makes the hardest bar of soap. Soap formulation is a science that I have embraced. Preplanning the design and colors are important steps to making a successful batch of soap. Preplanning skin safe fragrance amounts are also important to me. I enjoy using different additives such as African Black Soap, milks and salts.
