It's rated for users up to 400 pounds and is used in professional yoga studios across the country. It has a LOW level of stretch so you feel safe yet cocooned. What size do I need? Sizes vary depending on preferred hammock height. Here's a reference for hip and low height hammocks. Remember we tend to use about 1.5-2 feet/.6 meters of fabric in aerial knots, but we get some of that height back depending on how you rig your daisy chains (doubled over or lengthwise). Please note: the longer the fabric, the more difficult the height will be to adjust. If using in a studio setting or somewhere you will need to adjust the height often, consider getting a shorter fabric (7 yards or under) and using additional rigging to provide extra height.
