Smudge the space and yourself using sage or your preferred smudging herb to clear any negative energy. Choose Your Crystal: Select a crystal that aligns with your intention or question. Amethyst for clarity, rose quartz for love, or clear quartz for general purposes are good options. Set Your Intention: Hold your pendulum and take a few deep breaths. Focus on your question or intention. Ask your question: Hold the pendulum chain between your thumb and forefinger, allowing it to swing freely. Ask your pendulum to show you "yes" and "no" by posing simple questions you know the answers to. Observe the direction of the swings.
