This kit is for growing microgreens for your hamster. The kit contains five re-fills for the Hamster Helper terracotta or plastic microgreen kits. Growing the microgreens is really easy, they take anywhere from one to two weeks to become grown enough for your hamster (or longer in the case of sunflowers). Some of the seeds require soaking before hand, but most varieties of microgreens can just be sown directly into the soil. All you have to do is put some soil in your pot, sprinkle the seeds in, then top it off with a little more soil. Water it every day until shoots appear.
