Each spring in Japan, people gather outdoors for hanami — cherry-blossom viewing — a centuries-old tradition that celebrates nature’s beauty and the arrival of a new season. Our Ha nami Collection grows from that spirit. Created in collaboration with Dandelion Japan, this 15-bonbon set translates the flavors of cherry-blossom festivals (sakura matsuri) into confections — with the same ingredients you'd find wandering through festival stalls in Japan. A guest favorite since its debut in 2022, the Hanami Collection returns for a limited springtime run. This year, we've added two new bonbons: Peanut-Matcha & Jelly and Aged Sake. They join perennial favorites made with artisanal ingredients sourced from across Japan: fifth-generation-roaster black sesame seeds, Japanese whisky, and Okinawa sugar. These bonbons capture the creative exchange between our San Francisco and Japan teams, and the traditions that inspire our makers. Show more
