For accurate tailoring and dressmaking marking. About Hancock's H Webber was founded in 1902 by Harry Webber, Silk Merchant of the City of London. The company has since been tradin g as a family business, now in its fourth generation. They are suppliers of tailoring and upholstery tools for trade; we use these products in our factory. They supply our chalk tools for retail also, however Hancock’s are the manufacturer of them. The family business of Timothy & Sandwith was established in 1867, but in 1924 they purchased their rivals H Hancock’s and transported their base to Bracknell. Since then they have been producing quality chalk tools for industrial purposes. Show more
