This set contains four of our small-batch blends. Using high-quality spices, each blend is roasted by hand and ground in-house. These blends can be used in marinades, to enhance the base flavours of curries or added near the end of cooking as a final seasoning. Use this dabba and the Spice Dabba to create the 20 Indian recipes in our Recipe Booklet. The dabba has a solid stainless steel lid to keep the spices airtight and out of direct sunlight. This helps the spices stay fresher for longer. Includes: Rafi's Garam Masala (70g): Rafi's signature blend. A heady mix of aromatic spices including cinnamon, black pepper and clove. Rafi's Tandoori Marinade (70g): A blend of spices including kashmiri chilli, cinnamon and black cardamom. It can be used as a marinade or rub for meat, fish or veg. Rafi's Tikka Marinade (70g): A balanced blend of aromatic spices including green cardamom and cinnamon and more savoury flavours from cumin and ajwain. Rafi's South Indian Curry Powder (70g): A savoury South Indian blend with curry leaves and Kashmiri chillies. This masala creates a simple, earthy base flavour to curries.
