This sashiko thread is hand-dyed with natural dyes in Japan by Keiko Futatsuya of UpCycle Stitches and Sashi.Co. Sashiko thread is made by twisting four strands of thin embroidery threads with special technique, and is perfect for sashiko, quilting and handwork. Each skein contains 145 meters of thread, which is enough for a throw to twin size quilt or two to three smaller projects. We recommend pairing this thread with a set of sashiko needles (Tulip, Hidamari, or Olympus).
