These applicators make it easy to apply your foil evenly to any smooth 1/8" thick glass, allowing you to center it perfectly without squinting, repositioning, or creasing. Simple design is easily threaded with foil; just feed your foil into the slot in the handle, pull the foiler around the edge of your glass, and it does the rest! The foil is automatically centered on the edge of the glass by the guides on the Hand Foiler.Each size of hand foiler is intended for use with a specific width of foil; make sure you purchase the appropriate size for the width of foil you prefer. Loading instructions: 1. Separate the foil from the backing a few inches. 2. Add a bit of the backing paper to the end of the sticky side of the foil after separating the sticky side from the backing. This makes it so you can load the foil through the channel without sticking. 3. Slide the backing paper of the foil through the back slot of the hand foiler. 4. Slide the foil (sticky side facing down) through the opening and then along the channel. 5. Once the foil is through the channel, push the foil behind the bushing wheel and flip the foiler around to see the sticky side of the tape running along the bearing. 6. Remove the extra paper from the foil and begin! Clean the foiler with isopropyl alcohol if adhesive builds up.
