Very characterful stone effect storage trunk, with drawers one side and lift up lid blanket / large storage area.Originally a pine wood box, this has been treated to several coats of dove grey chalk paint for the interior of the drawers and blanket box, and the exterior has been hand painted for texture, before being stippled with black, orange and Annie Sloan brand Chicago Grey chalk paint, for a faux stone finish.The interiors are all varnished for their protection but the outside is treated with some generous coats of Annie Sloan clear wax and buffed for a good water resistant finish.This was originally intended for my own home, to sit in front of the stone fireplace, but it wouldn't work in the space so I put it out for sale at a good price!Any further questions please message me, and thanks for shopping sustainably and keeping small businesses going.
