An essential part of the Tunisian family table, rooted in Berber culinary heritage, our couscous reflects Les Moulins Mahjoub approach. The organic durum wheat grown on our farms i s processed in a traditional mill in our village. We chose a semolina with a rustic texture. This granulometry enables us to offer a rich palette of flavors, which we naturally find in every couscous dish we prepare. Show more
