This pattern is written for hand stitching to allow for a slower, more intentional sewing experience. It is a perfect pattern to use your interesting textured and/or stitched piece s of fabric. Yes, of course you can sew it using a sewing machine if you prefer. I'm not judging :-) But for myself, I have come to love the peaceful feeling of sewing my clothing and accessories by hand.
