Restaurant-thin slices, minus the restaurant and the risk to your fingertips. The Progressive PL8 handheld thin slicer works like a compact mandoline: choose the 1mm or 2.5mm stain less steel blade, hold your fruit or vegetable under the handguard, and glide it across for even, paper-thin slices and professional-looking garnishes. The guard steadies each pass so there is no skipping or stuttering, keeps your fingers well clear of the blade, and a safety lock keeps everything secure between uses. 1mm and 2.5mm stainless steel blades Handguard for stable, even slicing and finger protection Safety lock for secure storage Durable stainless steel construction BPA-free Dishwasher safe Show more
