The Handle the Rock Beginner video features 3 real-time dribbling workouts that you do right along with the video. No guessing on what drills to do, how long to do them, etc. These are dribbling drills for beginners who need to build a foundation of dribbling and ball handling skills. Most of the drills are stationary and towards the end of each workout there are on the move drills too. Each workout lasts around 12 minutes so they are the perfect length for the beginner dribbler to start out with. Evaluation sheets are included on the DVD that can be printed off so you can test your child to see if the can "pass" each workout.
