The HEK Handgrip/Valve Extender Kit is a way to get a further reach with your Chimney Balloon®. The HEK allows you many extra inches of reach and the valve handle is near the valve mouth. This is highly recommended if you have a damper that is high in the chimney or if you plan on installing your Chimney Balloon high in the chimney. Rule of Thumb: If you can not easily touch the area you measured for your Chimney Balloon with your hand...you should buy an HEK Extender.
