This concentrate is made from unwaxed lemons - zested and juiced by hand. Please keep it refrigerated. How to make traditional lemonade Mix a full bottle of concentrate (300ml) wit h 900 ml iced water, add a couple of fresh mint leaves (optional) and serve cold.
