Returns & Exchanges Policy: We accept returns on non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if an item shows signs of wear, damage, misuse, or personalisation. Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage and should retain proof of postage until their return has been processed. UK Orders: We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letter and retaining proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been processed, as we may be unable to process a refund if a returned item is lost in transit and no proof of postage is available. We are happy to exchange non-personalised items due to a change of mind or sizing issue within 30 days of delivery.
