The Handstand Manual is a 6+ week handstand specific programme with 30 unique workouts. A week consists of 4 sessions, plus an additional body preparation day at the end of the wee k. Starting from the very foundations to confidently holding a free standing handstand. The full programme can be done at home or in the gym and is suitable for complete beginners and those with prior handstand training.
