Hangers are a delicious steak anomaly: in addition to being the only steak of which there is only one per animal, Hangers can also be categorized as offal! Don’t let that scare you away though, Hanger Steak is one of the most tender and flavorful steaks you can find, with a beautiful grain and minerally notes. Watch James the Butcher explain this cut.
