Hanger steaks vary in size from 8 ounces to 20 ounces Hanger steak is extremely tender and full of flavor. It is cut off the short plate. Each animal only produces one hanger steak . Hanger steaks are great to marinate and grill or to broil. Meat is sold per package not by weight, all weights are approximate.All orders are to be picked up at our farm location.Due to food safety concerns shipping is unavailable.
