If you are unable to attend the retreat you purchased tickets for, you may sell your ticket to another attendee up to 14 days before the retreat. If needed, we will connect you with a potential buyer from our waitlist If the retreat is fewer than 14 days away, The Bookshelf is not responsible for connecting you with a new attendee to buy your ticket. If you are unable to attend and unable to sell your ticket, it is still non-refundable and non-transferable to another retreat date.
