Our **Transitional Hard Red Spring Wheat can be used to make true whole grain flour for del icious and nutritious bread and other baked goods. Our wheat is shipped in woven bags or heavy duty, food grade, reusable buckets with resealable lids. **When we acquire new land, there is a three year transitional period required before the land itself can be certified organic. Even though the crop is grown using organic practices, it cannot be sold as organic until the land has been free of chemical inputs for three years.
