How to Measure: To find the correct size for your elbow sleeves, measure the circumference of your arm just above the elbow joint but below the bicep. Make Sure You're Measuring Correctly: Keep your arm relaxed and slightly bent at a 70° angle. Measuring with a fully straight arm can result in a smaller measurement, leading to a size that’s too tight. Use a flexible measuring tape and ensure it’s snug but not overly tight.
