We have realized how difficult it has become to source OEM brackets for your MR2 Spyder to mount your hardtop. When they are available the fitment kit averages $300-350 on top of t he price for the hardtop if you were not fortunate enough to get a set with it. Therefore, MAP took matter's in our own hands by designing and fabricating our own set that no longer requires the odd chrome pieces in the back. Also many users voiced issues with adjustability when the oem latches wore out. Our design give you easy adjustment and still moderately quick removal of the hardtop. The low profile design insures that it is compatible with all roll cages/style bars. It is constructed out of high strength 6061 aluminium make it also lighter than the OEM pieces.
