Harissa is a North African hot sauce made in Tunisia. It contains peri peri chiles, serrano chiles, garlic, coriander, caraway and other spices. It’s traditionally used in everythi ng from meat and fish stews to couscous dishes to soups. We offer Harissa du Cap Bon brand in tubes or tins, depending on what's available to us.
