Bungee bars for Haley FXDR with ZEEL Design Passenger Backrest. If you don't have the backrest kit and only want the bungee bars, you will need to add the "backrest lower section" to bolt the bungee bars. Not compatible with first version of backrest. You need to have the 2 mounting holes on the side of the backrest lower frame section.
