A harmony ball is shaken to create a metallic tinkling sound, and it can be used in sound healing to create a transition from one instrument to another, or at the end of a session as a shaker. They are also used in space clearing to remove the stuck energy within a room. To vary the sounds produced, you can move the harmony ball in a circular motion, gently shake it, and adjust its speed.
