HARMONY – Held Between Strength and Serenity 140x120cm (55x47in) Acrylic on canvas In this painting, I wanted to portray a sacred, almost mystical bond between two beings that seem so different yet deeply connected: a young Cambodian monk, symbol of peace, gracefully hanging from the majestic tusks of an Asian elephant, a living emblem of strength, memory, and wisdom. The contrast between the child’s lightness and the animal’s power is only an illusion. Here, they are one. Innocence and majesty rise together in silent balance. The dark background heightens this dreamlike moment, suspended in time, beyond the ordinary.
