This harness is specifically made to wear with a penile prosthesis. It is designed so you can wear your prosthesis on your skin and go to the toilet without having to remove the ha rness. It can be worn as well as a jockstrap and as a string. The straps are adjustable in length so you can adjust it to your own size. The harness is most ideal for a prosthesis with a diameter of 3-4 cm.
