This model has smooth legs with an adjustment range between 23 - 33 cm (9" - 13"), and it comes with a swiveling function.Height-wise, this bipod represents the middle one of this model line. The true height straight down from the fore-end is 20 - 30 cm (7.9" - 11.8"), and this bipod is a general-purpose choice for shooting off the bench or from a prone position. For comparison, a 30-round 7.62 AK magazine used as support places the bottom of the handguard about 19 cm (7.5") off the ground. The bipod attaches to an ordinary sling swivel stud and folds forward out of the way when not in use. When deployed, the legs allow leaning into the rifle for better recoil management and a consistent point of impact.Smooth legsThe smooth legs of this bipod have to be pulled out. Adjustments are made by loosening the screw, and pulling the leg to the desired length, and then re-tightening the screw. The legs also lock to full extension.Swivel functionThis bipod has a spring-assisted swivel mechanism to adjust the rifle’s sideways tilt. The stiffness of the swivel action can be adjusted by a screw on the backside of the bipod.
