Daisaku Hashimura makes Hand-blown glass with cracking details. First time I saw his works, I was just amazed how cool looking they are and bought a couple of rock glasses that I have been using since. He and his wife live and make glassworks in Mazuru, beautiful coast looking out to Pacific ocean. His crack glass are made by putting melting glass into water while they are hot, which makes the crack, and then put back into a kiln to reheat and seal its surface.This glass is fragile for heat.
