As a Christian woman, it was a sacred privilege to be present in that place. Then it happened. A woman stood before me and lifted her shofar—and I felt the urgency of the Spirit. I captured the image in that moment, but what was being released was far more than a photograph. It was a call. “Hashivenu Hashem”—Return us, O Lord—is the cry found in Lamentations 5:21: “Return us to You, O Lord, and we will return; renew our days as of old.” This is not only a prayer of repentance.It is a cry for restoration.A cry for return.A cry for God to move again among His people.
