Rolls of Hat Patch Adhesive to help you make patches from any material you want to use! Rolls are 60 yards in length and available in 12" and 6" widths. This is our own solution for adhering patches without using a heat press! This 5mil thick adhesive allows for permanent bonds to textiles and uneven substrates. Acrylic based adhesive has a high initial bond and fully cures with 48-72 hours If your material has any bonding issue, lightly warming the patch with a hairdryer will help form the patch to the hat and allow for more adhesive to flow and connect with the materials.
