Two pieces going out together, neither with a maker's mark. First is a starburst hat pin with a swirl detail at the center, the long kind that anchored a wide brim hat to piled-up hair. Second is a filigree brooch on a safety pin style catch, the kind that held a collar, a shawl, or a sash. They'd be gorgeous on a felt fedora or a wide brim hat, a lapel, or a scarf, and perfect for ren faire and costume looks, a jewelry tray, or a shadow box. Hat pins also get bought purely to fill out a hat pin holder. Both have wear and tarnish. The hat pin is missing its center stone and has no cap on the point, so respect that end. Neither piece glows under UV, worth saying since several others in this batch do. See photos for exact condition. Note: Untested, as is, as seen, no guarantees. As a found vintage item, there may be wear, dust, and other callouts I miss.
