These are soft foam strips that can be used in the sweatband of your cap to reduce the siz e and increase comfort. If you are in between sizes and order one size up, these reducers can make the cap smaller, decreasing the size by .5-1CMs if you use one, 1-2CMs if you use 2. They come with a peel and stick back, adhering directly to the sweatband or to be tucked inside the sweatband, based on your personal preference and the specific cap.
