Store your hat with the stretcher snugly in place to prevent shrinking or misshaping over time. Designed for both maintenance and adjustment, this tool allows you to gently increase your hat size by up to ¼ inch for a more comfortable fit. The kiln-dried wood body naturally absorbs moisture from sweatbands, helping keep them supple and in good condition. A heavy-duty steel and aluminum turnbuckle—rated to 130 pounds and finished with a rubber grip—provides the strength needed to stretch and re-stretch even significantly shrunken hats. Crafted from kiln-dried wood with durable steel and aluminum hardware. Made in the USA.
