With a d istinctive hit of salinity and exceptional taste, our Haven Gold oysters truly live up to their name. Farmed in Milford Haven Our oyster beds and floating cages rest in this historic waterway between Gwynn’s Island and the Chesapeake Bay, with a nearly perfect salinity of 15 to 18 parts per thousand, plenty of tide (water movement) and a hard bottom (non-muddy).
