Hayman's London Dry uses 10 botanicals, including angelica, orris root, juniper, and citrus peel, steeped for 24 hours before undergoing distillation on their copper still, Marjorie. This is a classic dry gin, offering enough aromatics for a gin and tonic, but its texture and balance make it exceptional for a traditional martini.
