Elegant and decadent, it’s the perfect centrepiece for festive gatherings. To complete the experience, this bundle includes a bottle of Champagne Collery Brut Grand Cru NV. Produced in the historic village of Aÿ and made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, this cuvée is aged for 4 years on lees, developing aromas of fresh pastry, stone fruits, and warm spices. On the palate, it delivers vibrant notes of mandarin, bergamot, and orchard fruits, finishing with a crisp mineral lift that balances beautifully with the richness of the log cake.
