As such: Custom kiln orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If a cancellation is requested prior to the start of production, a 30% restocking/cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative, material, and scheduling costs. By placing an order for a custom kiln, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
